Bmw 323ci Convertible in Bilborough, Nottinghamshire for sale

Up for swap or sale is my 323 convertible tip-tronic. 139k(ish as still in use)on clock MOT till November 2015. NO TAX due to new rules(will leave it on to let person drive it away though so it does not show on ANPR) 1 key Sadly their is minor history with the car(previous owner reckons it was burned in house fire) but it does come with the new owner folder that has the manual etc in. Fully working electric roof, In great condition as its supposed to be a couple of years old. Airbag light on(common sensor fault) M3 mirrors and I think the Bumpers are classed as Msport(not 100% sure ) Rear parking sensors. Possibly been lowered?? not to sure but seems pretty low down. (Will include a rear set of standard springs, To bring car back up to proper height) Couple of bits of spraying needed(small spot rear bumper and wheel arch). Car is over 10 years old so do not expect perfect bodywork, but it's in great nick for its age! (PICS ADDED) The spraying on the wheel arch is nothing to do with rust as their is no rust on the car its just where abit of laquer has possibly come off Engine and gearbox smooth, just put some 17" black team dynamics alloys on at a cost of £200 That are in great condition. Also painted the calipers red now so looks great shining through the wheels. Black leather interior in excellent condition(drivers seat has slight rip), multi function steering wheel in full working order with 6cd changer in boot. With the harmon Kardon system IF I do sell it I'm looking for a X5 , Will also consider a Crossfire or some sort of sporty car. But it will HAVE TO BE A AUTO, If you ain't got a AUTO don't bother offering a swap. Had lots of swaps offered on other sites. Cash price is the listed price ONO.
